For the past decade, I've been the first talent hire for multiple Seed-Series B startups. I've built recruiting functions from scratch, designed interview processes that reduce bias and improve decisions, trained hiring managers, and delivered hires that move the business forward.
I specialize in GTM and Product hiring for B2B SaaS startups. I know what it's like to hire a CRO for the first time, to scale an SDR team from zero, to find a product leader who can build in ambiguity. I've done it all, and I bring that experience to every engagement.
